Patient Information
To schedule an appointment at Kennett Regional Medical Center (KRMC), you can call our main office or request an appointment online.
Our friendly staff will help you find a convenient time and the right healthcare provider for your needs.
Walk-in appointments may also be available for urgent cases.
To share your medical records with another provider, please complete a Medical Records Release Form.
You can submit this form in person, by mail, or through our secure patient portal.
Once received, our Health Information Management team will ensure your records are promptly transferred to your chosen provider.
Copies of medical records requested for personal use may include a small processing fee, in accordance with privacy and regulatory guidelines.
However, if your records are being sent directly to another healthcare provider for continued care, there is typically no charge.
To give another person access to your medical records, please complete an Authorization to Release Health Information form.
This form allows you to specify who may access your records and ensures compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations.
