About Us

Kennett Regional Medical Center (KRMC)

Kennett Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is a planned full-service community hospital dedicated to restoring comprehensive care for Kennett and the greater Dunklin County region. Operating under a holding company with a controlling stake, KRMC is initiating an 8-week Initial Phase to establish all foundational capabilities—including public branding and website development, social and public relations, online reporting, recruitment for key leadership and support positions, project management systems, and a defined regulatory roadmap covering state licensure, CMS Conditions of Participation, EMTALA, CLIA, and imaging registrations. The hospital will launch services in phases, beginning with emergency readiness, diagnostics, laboratory, pharmacy, and outpatient support, followed by surgical, cardiology, and women’s health services, ultimately expanding to advanced specialties such as oncology, spine, and stroke care. KRMC’s approach integrates disciplined compliance, investor-ready reporting (including EB-5 structures), and a modern, EHR-integrated digital infrastructure to ensure safe, transparent, and community-centered healthcare delivery.
